Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 48 hours.
  • Pre-orders may take 30–60 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹5,000.

Shipping (India)

  • Flat shipping charge of ₹99.
  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days.
  • Stitched products: +4–5 days.
  • Embroidery products: +7–10 days.
  • Remote locations may take longer.

International Shipping

  • Delivery time: 7–10 business days.
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹30,000 (under 10kg).
  • Customs duties must be paid by the customer.
  • Remote area surcharge may apply.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours.
  • Items must be unused with original tags & packaging.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds are processed after quality check.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Guidelines

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
  • Incorrect address or phone may lead to delivery issues.
  • Delays may occur due to external factors.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns.

Customization (Stitching)

  • Available at checkout under "Stitching Options".
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Product Disclaimer

  • Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings.
  • Handwoven products may have natural variations.

Gift Vouchers

  • Digital vouchers are sent via email.
  • Physical gift cards are valid for 1 year.
